Objectives

  • Co-ordination of the technical activities of the project.
  • Quality assurance of the project’s deliverables and the processes leading to them.
  • Effective overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the project.
  • Management of the project’s decision-making processes.

Description of work

  • Work package leader: NKP
  • Task 1.1:Technological Leadership (m0-m24)
    • Task leader: AIP
    • Participants in Task: NKP, OUCS, KU, MICF, IMI, SYS, UZK, PSNC
    • directing the scientific work of the Coordination Action;
    • liaising with partners, work package leaders and members of the central team, and creating and maintaining the conditions necessary for successful and effective collaboration;
    • ensuring that the management and decision-making structures of function effectively and are serviced efficiently;
    • representing the project (or ensuring that appropriated delegated representation at related events).
  • Task 1.2:Project administration and resource monitoring (m0-m24)
    • Task leader: NKP supported by CCP
    • Participants in Task: all
    • This task will provide support for financial and project administration as well as technical management. NKP will be in charge of the overall administration and finances of the project with strong assistance of CCP. This task will be responsible for:
      • preparation and participation of the planned meetings;
      • supporting communication among the Partners including managing e-mail lists and telephone conferencing;
      • coordination of reporting and administrative activities including quarterly project reports.
  • Task 1.3:Financial Coordination (m0-m24)
    • Task leader: CCP
    • Participants in Task: all
    • This task covers:
      • managing of financial coordination within and across the workpackages;
      • processing the reimbursement of members’ accepted cost statements;
      • ensuring the creation and delivery by the project of records of effort by participants;
      • preparing financial reports;
  • Task 1.4:Administrative Coordination (m0-m24)
    • Task leader: CCP
    • Participants in Task: all
    • This task is responsible for:
      • maintaining a central archive of all documents produced by ENRICH project;
      • managing the distribution of information inside and outside consortium;
      • producing consolidated reports on efforts, results and resource consumption;
      • informing the Commission of any event affecting or delaying the implementation of the project;
      • providing a consortium agreement with a global Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) framework for the participants;
      • promoting gender equality within the Network;
      • forwarding any documents and information connected with the contract’s performance to the parties concerned.
  • Task 1.5:Quality Assurance (m0-m24)
    • Task leader: NKP
    • Participants in Task: all
    • Establishment of internal quality monitoring procedures;
    • Putting in place of an external monitoring process, involving external experts who will check and validate the main project deliverables and the strategic decisions made during the project life cycle.
